Chip, a collaboration between designer Catherine Michiels and Ylang 23, is a chipmunk who knows how to store food. Sales benefit the Food 4 Kids Backpack program, which provides nutritional snacks to kids identified by school staff as chronically hungry. $50 of each sale goes to the Food 4 Kids program at the North Texas Food Bank.

Ongoing collaboration between Catherine Michiels and Steven Alan. After being recognized for his vision and style in Manhattan, Steven Alan opened not 1 but 3 stores in Los Angeles this spring : On Robertson in West LA, on San Vicente Blvd in Brentwood and on Abbot Kinney in Venice.

The Abbot Kinney store is located in a Craftsman-style house with a courtyard signature to the neighborhood planned and executed by Abbot Kinney for his "Venice of America" which debuted for the Fourth of July, 1905.

Steven Alan like Catherine believes in craftsmanship, well designed pieces that bring something different  and soulful. Bravo !
